Ty making the extra effort to mark up the idiot blocks for the pull down stairs. Helps prevent drywall hangers from covering up the opening. Works about half the time.
Cementitious lap, board & batten, and shingle siding are used to add texture and interest to the architecture.
Stainless steel nails are used to fasten the siding in place.
The green zip board is impregnated with a water resistive barrier coating design to act as a secondary water resistive barrier behind the finished siding and to reduce air infiltration substantially.
Hammering in the last 5 feet of piling embedment.
